WHY DO UNC STUDENTS HAVE LESS RIGHTS THAN THE AVERAGE K-12 STUDENT?

UNC-Chapel Hill Chancellor Carol Folt recently implemented a new sex policy where consensual sex at UNC-Chapel Hill can lead to EXPULSION, a student's fate will be decided by a university employee and where a UNC student accused of sexual misconduct has less due process rights than the average K-12 student.
